I'm excited about this drop. Although the blog pic is leaving much of Hades' finished look as a mystery the Sarvos is fairly clear. He has the paint masks we saw on the Spectre Sarvos from the Gamm Conflict drop (chest-to-abdomen, hands & knees) with a few tweaks (face) and some additional (neck, shoulders, side pelvis, feet).

I know after many years of GITD showing up with teal accents and white tampos we tend to expect the same. That's what my initial thought is but it's interesting to wonder if these will stray from that for some storyline purpose. Afterall, I tend to like GITD with black accents based on the Muertos Mushi.

I'd actually like to see a new GITD release with no accents. I miss the simplicity of it.

Or maybe no accents but panel lines. That would be different.

The Muertos scheme is now my new favorite GitD scheme. I can't wait to see the Sarvos.

In all seriousness...

I think I'm more excited about "Hades II: Electric Boogaloo" than "Star Wars: The Force Wakes Up For Work"

Am I alone in this heresy?

Wasn't around for the Hades and Spectre releases and they've always eluded me, very happy to see them returning this month. The fact we're finally getting a new Sarvos, even better. Really hoping this is a chance for some other new additions to Onell's molds to get the GitD treatment (Super Cray maybe?).

I could hardly care less about the new Star Wars...but I'm curious to see what else will be in the store. Hate drops in the middle of the week though as I wake up around 1 in the morning for work.

I'm really surprised that no one is speculating about what that is behind Sarvos in the latest blog post. It appears to be the back of a figure. But, to my eyes it doesn't correspond to any current figure. I am saying probable Glyarmor.

Agreed, it definitely looks like certain elements could be armor(particularly on the leg?!) but I don't recognize any part of the figure- the pelvis and waist look just as new as the head and back.

Kind of looks like a neo sincroid or glyan head to me and maybe a glyan lower torso (or reversed sarvos).

But yes I'm guessing a new armor too

Would something like a new mold really debut in GitD plastic though? Seems a strange choice for a first release, especially something like the Glyarmor. If it's a totally new mold there might even be more to buy if a Standard is released at the same time... argh, and I have a very expensive preorder to afford this month, why now...

Edit: Looking at that figure behind Sarvos, the design is actually really close to the original Exellis torso, at least in how the back is shaped. The glow is making it hard to tell if it matches, but the top seems to be the same shape. Can't place the head though... similar to the Sincorid head but one line short.

While the torso definitely looks like the Exellis torso, but the waist piece doesn't. As for the head, my bet is a new two-piece head or at the very least a new head top. The hands are too obscured to make detail. And the thigh is obscured, but it's definitely different. With the black piece and and glow piece close by, it definitely looks like it's a layered piece.

As for possibly releasing new pieces in GitD, look at the release of Skeleden Armor, 2 of the 3 first colors were clear. Besides, we can safely assume there's going to at least be a black version in this drop along side the GitD.

I'm betting Delphi (I know, I know).

But doesn't the head look like these concepts?

One of the great things about Glyos is how releases don't necessarily fit into a "nice and neat" pattern. Remember the first Dark Traveler? Totally unique color: a milky-clear Voss with slight metallic swirls. Hasn't been run since. But remember the first Noboto figures? One was clear colorless, one of the most common colorways of the Glyos palette. And speaking of Skeleden, arguably, only one of the first three colorways was unique -- the Nemica blue. The standard release uses colors from the Search Corps Glyans, after all.

Just some food for thought, really. I'm just hyped that this drop coincides with a payday.

Phanost's first run had a GitD head. Govurom's Standard was a CC release and his normal PVC release was in Henshin Yellow, Phase Green, Echo Purple, Stealth, and GitD, aka the Henshin Wave. Argen is never released in any other than Metallic.

Just to give other examples.
