So besides toys, I also like to make other things. What kinds of artsy craftsy things do you guys like to make?

Here's my recent creation. Hat I plan to wear to the King Diamond concert this coming December.

That's a pretty sweet hat! :D

Most of my art-time goes into drawing, but I work in a place that refills and remanufactures printer cartridges as my day-job. Sometimes when the cartridges aren't reusable anymore, I make things out of them. Here's some of what I've come up with.

Dragonfly

Backhoe with spring-loaded shovel-arm

Dog

Bunny Rabbit

Posable Bear with Fish

Spider

Penguin

Semi with Trailer(convertible to flat-bed)

My Dinosaurs

Pterosaur

Diplodocus

Triceratops

Stegosaurus

T-Rex

And finally, last but not least

Dragon

Sorry 'bout the picture heavy post but, hey...

I love the cartridge critters - very creative!
I'm obsessed with geometry and design my own modular origami:

Was at Michael's today for a new sketchbook and I came across this little wooden chest. Souped it up with sculpy and painted it.

Made this today. My first ever custom Funko Pop.

Cooler is one the most underappreciated DBZ characters. I love him.
The problem here for me is that I screwed up the paint matching.
Do people even read these?

Behold: The Hand of Glory

Image

This legendary occult artifact is supposedly the pilfered and mummified hand of a hanged murderer, the Hand of Glory is said to bestow all sorts of powers such as invisibility, the ability to open any lock, or immobilize anyone in its vicinity.

Unfortunately, this one does none of these things, but damn does it not look cool as f***?
