My personal interest is in the idea of a possible new Glyan or Traveler mold?

I think it'd be great, and a Glyos katana would be sweet as well!

I'd be quite happy with something new but to me it looks like the normal glyan head with an upside down scarf

well Invisible Element makes more sense now, as does the original graphic with the ninja-like star morphing to 8-bit. It'll be neat to see how this theme plays out.

I was hoping to see a continuation of The Chariots Keep. I'm anxious to find out what happens with Deniken, the significance of the "Metaluna" relic, and to find out the origin of the Atarikoth Comet. Besides all that, I want to know just what the Darkness Troopers were doing there and see them cross over into the Glyos System. I guess it could still be that, we'll see.

When Onell decided to delve into the BitFigs they had several years worth of characters in the mix. We saw a few key characters get the BitFigs treatment. It's interesting to see this new BitFig labeled as "Glyninja". Could we see this Glyninja in true Onell figure form also?

My hope is that this is how we officially get the Microshin humanoid head into full production

There is one issue that has been bugging me.

The figure is likely black from what we can tell. We've had several black Glyans before.

I feel like a new mold is somewhat likely (yet still kind of just a hope) in order to avoid repetition unless it's a new Cane.

Maybe I'm wrong and it's just a black Glyan with a scarf. I guess we'll just have to wait and see...

I'm pretty sure that's just how the silhouette is, remember when the Granthans were being revealed?

Image

There was no way we could have tell what were the colors going to be then. But this time, we have a hint.

Keep in mind, though, we have the Bit Fig schematic to go off of (which shows it as mostly being black). If the two are based on the same thing, it's likely the figure in the photo is black.

Considering the ninja BitFig, maybe we will git a Glyan with a scarf and a Banimon sword.

Interesting.

Maybe we can get a red Glyan.

Glyans usually come in pairs with a reverse. Even the Esdeth Glyans had a reverse.

Okay, so this might be a long shot, but what if Glyninja is a new set of armor similar to the Skeleden and Glyarmor releases of late. It would allow for new figures with only somewhat minor retooling. Pair it with the standard Glyans and maybe a Traveler as some sort of Sensei and I think it could work. Thoughts?

That would be awesome.

I doubt it would happen but it would be awesome.

I think this is likely. If not exactly a soft armor set, maybe a separate new mold with some additional swappable parts and a new head (or two as Dr. Kent's head is likely in this new mold).

Maybe a swappable head and torso or something.

I think this would be great.

With the BitFig in the "Void Union" post being red with white it does lend some support to your idea

And don't forget, Kent's Dark Soldiers did not come with Sincroid heads. Wonder where those are?

We also know they like to put scarfs on Sincroid heads, if anyone remembers this...

it may have no bearing whatsoever on any of the figures from the new drop but there has been those 2 new crayboth that have been showing up. 1 is 2tone pink, the other is yellow and orange (or maybe red). either way, they look good.

P sure the Bitfig Glyninja are an homage to this

Image

Also attached are stills from the gifs we're looking at. Black has a single sword, Red has a shuriken, and orange might be duel-wielding, which might be the case since I cannot find an empty hand.

I totally forgot about these! I remember me and my cousins being into TMNT and the 3 ninja movies, as well as the Ninja gaiden video games and when these little Ninja's came out I was all about them!

Thanks for the blast form the past NoPaint!
