Once again, though, I hope we're not totally done seeing non-Standard versions of guys yet.

Looking around a bit more, Basic Cruel was kind of like one of the barely-painted figures. We'll probably see a Standard Edition for every Ultimate Character produced (except for figures like Vanguard who already have a counterpart, just DX).

Got my guys today!

I must say Nazgar is one freaking awsome build. One wonders how that brain is protected since it's out in the open like that though. I assume his body upgrade comes with a force field or something. The Zeroid made from all the extra pieces is also a brilliant touch.

Also, as much as I love Cruel, I wish I could find better pics of his build as I am not 100% sure how it goes together.

I totally agree. Nazgar and the Technician has possibly the best contained integration between two different figures I've ever seen. The lack of a brain-dome was a little weird but I'm used to it now. This is also my first experience with metallic black, and I think it's one of my favorite colors now. I'm also glad to have a Zeroid I can play with (I'd rather not ruin a test shot and I skipped on the Onell Release).

All in all, this was an amazing drop!

Mutt I had the same problem until I found these pictures at Toyark. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Just use a small gumball bubble for the dome.

I swear to God this is the most infuriating build ever. I wanna pull my hair out and punch kittens. No matter what angle I look at it from, I can't figure out the damn thing.

Cruel, or Brutal?

I've got Brutal (changed his build a bit, but very close) but I'll see if I can help when my Cruel and pink Weaponeer come. :D

It doesn't look too complicated...

That is cool. Reminds me of what I did a few years ago with Kortexx.

LOL naw. I'd of sprung for the ultimate, but the design is a little too busy for my liking. This version is perfect, though.

Really happy with the proportions I got with this build, and he's a bit taller too. Found a capsule cover that snaps tightly over the lip of th MaxxZero head disc, but then you have a male port to deal with for the head connection, so I'm still working that area out.

Try the upper part of a phaseon. It a double female piece about that size.

Or the double female part of the robo force claw.

Ended up bulking him up a bit more and used a Monkaa part and axis disc for the head spacer.

Diggin' all the above builds, some pretty fun designs!

So I took inspiration from a lot of what I saw. After I finished, I realized it was missing something, so I added the wires to give his suit a bio-organic/Bane feel. Also didn't have a bubble to cover his head, so used Skeleden chest armor, I think it looks pretty bad ass!

Now I just gotta figure out how to keep the wires attached while still being able to deconstruct and building something else...

Rad build, I especially like the clear skeleden armor as a helmet/mask for Nazgar.

I love the Skeleden armor over the head! It looks like a force field / head up display.

Looks good, though might be a tad stacked up. Kinda looks like the brain is getting mooshed against the top of the dome.
