The Glyos Connection

I like the Swing Joints as hands! The use of different color pieces really makes it look like a hand and forearm.

Sweet build with top notch color blocking as we've come to expect from you. Unmistakably your style.

Using parts bin pieces I created an a alternate build for the Varteryx from the Dark Spectre Glyarmor.

I wanted my Varteryx to be a bit more birdlike too, here was my take

I thought that might be the reason. I guess I don't like how everything gravitates to the left 1/5th of my screen, and clicking on images to enlarge seems a bit clunky to me, but mostly I'm just a picky bastard!

That is an excellent, elegant, and simple solution. Well done! I may have to "borrow" that in the future.

I picked up a second Basic Cruel set just so I could make another version of my Repulsor Bike build. I used all but 4 pieces that came in the package.

That could be one of the coolest Glyos builds I've ever seen. It reminds me of some sort of anime robot, like one of the more "out-there" Gundam Mobile Suit designs.

Inspires by the recent vehicles I finally put together a battle charriot for my Rise of the Beast guys!


Uses allmost all the parts of the Roboforce kit, leaving only four five parts behind.

I tried to build the bike but couldn't pull it off.

Also I took my recent Glyan freebie and some random parta and made this guy:


The backpack can act as a drone.


Next order I'm grabbing some clear swing joint and I'll give this bounty hunter looking fella a custom paint job!

Fun with glyarmor and axis joints. I wanted to access the glyos port in the back of the rift breaker so I put the chest armor on upside down.


Here's a group of creeps who are into skin (or flesh anyway). Their leader is Emma from Heartlake City.

My takes on the unrealeased Robo Force Opticon, Tiltor, and Arsenal. I limited myself to only standard kits so anyone can make them without dropping $30.

Well, I haven't been here in a while. So I come bearing gifts. When I build with Robo Force parts, I sometimes like to try and stay within the confines of the standard 41 piece sets. As such I have to find creative ways of getting the effect I want. So all of these guys are done using the Imperius Maxx Steel set.

First: Fangar. I wanted it to bear a resemblance to both the protruding fangs. That was kinda hard to do, but I think it came out alright!



Plundor's head was actually easier to figure out than I thought it would be. The arms were actually harder to do.



Ripper was actually hard to figure out because I wanted to capture his opening jaws and the interesting hand design. In the end I settled for big hammers for hands instead of actual hands. I think it works out.



With Tiltor I tried to use the hover leg design, like what Hun-Dread has, but that didn't look right to me. This way he tilts like a smooth criminal and he retains that pleasing boxy look.

This is kind of a half-custom...



Deep in the labs of Nazgar, horrific experiments take place. Using an innocent Zetonian's lifeless husk, the blueprint of Vanguard was imprinted and cloned. The Robo Force now have to face their greatest challenge, a mix of Zetonian and Monkaarian technology; DARK VANGUARD!
