Re: The Communal Purist Thread! - Part I

Nothing new here in a while, eh? Well here's some oldies of mine that I still dearly love. Simple builds, but the context is the fun part! Inspired by 1950's sci-fi movies. The first one was a real garage project, but when the director/writer brought it around to film festivals, it hit big! For the ...

Re: What exactly IS Glyaxia? - A Theory

I always assumed that Glyaxia was a group who captured live samples for cloning purposes. To what end though, I'd assumed it was for their own army. They take the genetic code of whatever they've captured and rewrite it so it's loyal to Glyaxia. For things like the Elite Glyaxia Protector Drones and...

Re: Glyos Repair and Maintenance

Well, here's an image of what I'm talking about with the breakage. After checking I noticed it on two of my Sentinel sets too, on the same pieces, and in the same location. I didn't even notice it happened to the Sentinel set. I'd say keep an eye on your Roboforce parts. Especially the ones with the...

Glyos Repair and Maintenance

So I've noticed that there was no topic for this on the site, and I myself am looking for some advice on how to keep my Glyos figures in shape. I've been afraid to alter or try any repairs myself for fear of ruining an irreplaceable piece, like my Hunter Edition Robo Force Sentinels, or Battlestar s...

Re: Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S.

I agree that the skeleton is a very different quality than what you get with the other figures, but I just put that down to a last minute freebie that was added in for the backers. It was free, and I only had the cash to pay for the one figure, so I'm not complaining about it. My pinky has a problem...

Vitruvian H.A.C.K.S.

So I just got my kickstarter figures! These things are awesome, I just wish I had been able to get more of them for the kickstarter! Still, I got the one that counts! Medusa is easily the main event, but I've been finding myself having more fun with the skeleton. Either way, I know I'm going to have...

Re: The Communal Studio & Indoor Photo Thread!

Picture, and a bit of writing to go with it. Loosed from the dark, rusted factory fortress of the Cult of Dred, Warfare's very presence was enough to strike fear into even the Guardians of Celestia. Buildings shook and trembled, Zetonians fled the burning wreckage of their homes as the thunderous fo...

Re: The Communal Purist Thread! - Part I

Well, I haven't been here in a while. So I come bearing gifts. When I build with Robo Force parts, I sometimes like to try and stay within the confines of the standard 41 piece sets. As such I have to find creative ways of getting the effect I want. So all of these guys are done using the Imperius M...
